All packages will be posted via Singpost, and again we do not do meet-up.

DandElion Street will NOT be liable for any defects/damage of products during the process of delivery.

A return address will be attached for each parcel. If parcel is returned to DandElion Street due to wrong address given by customer, we will email the buyer for the correct address and post it out again. However, the buyer will need to bear the cost of 2nd time delivery. A flat fee of $2.50 is to be imposed for 2nd time local delivery via normal mail and $5.50 for registered mail.

* This is to cover our administration fee for re-delivery of returned mail.

Normal Postage

Normal postage will be charged at a flat rate of $1.50 for the first item, $0.50 for subsequent items.

Package will be delivered to your mailbox by Singpost, no tracking is available.

It takes 3-5 working days to be delivered.

DandElion Street will NOT be liable for missing parcels via normal mail. Thus, we strongly encourage our customers to opt for Registered Postage as it is safer.

Registered Postage

Registered postage will be charged at a flat rate of $2.50 on top of normal postage (a total of $4.00) for the first item and $0.50 for subsequent items.

Package will be delivered to your doorstep by Singpost. Tracking is available HERE (under track item)

It takes 1-3 working days to be delivered.

A delivery advice will be left on your doorstep if you missed the postman delivery. You can collect your item together with your NRIC and delivery advice at the post office stated the next working day.

A.M Mail

A.M. Mail is a prepaid time-certain delivery service that offers an earlier delivery time for urgent mail.

A.M. Mail will be charged at a flat rate of $2.60 for mailbox delivery and $3.90 for doorstep delivery.

It will be delivered to the recipient no later than 11AM the next working day.

Smartpac

SmartPac is a postage-paid postal service for delivery anywhere in Singapore.

Smartpac will be charged at a flat rate of $4.20.

Smartpac is suitable for items below 3kg.

Package will be delivered to your doorstep by Singpost.

It will be delivered to the recipient the next working day after DandElion Street has posted it to Singpost.
