Please note that DandElion Street will check our goods thoroughly before mailing them out.

Exchange Policy

If you have received an item with a defect, please send DandElion Street an email with a clear picture of the defected product within 48 hours after receiving the product(s).

Defected goods must be returned within 3 days from the date you email us about the defects. Email us once you have mailed out the defected item.

*There is NO EXCHANGE if you did not mail out the defected item back to us within 3 days after contacting us about the defects.

Once we have received the defected item(s), we will mail you a new piece ONLY IF the item received is in original packaging and packed nicely back to us. If in any case the item is sold out, DandElion Street will do a full refund back to you.

Return Policy

NO return will be allowed once parcels are mailed out. Return will only occur when a defective/wrong item have been mailed out from us.

Below are the cases that will not be allowed to exchange/refund/return :
- Choosing of wrong item
- Wrong colour ordered
- Dislike of item after receiving
- Sizing too small or too big.
