If you have confirmed your purchase, please fill in the order form by clicking the tab "Order Form" at the top or at the end of the collection post.

If you have any queries about the product or whatsoever, please fill in the enquiry form by clicking the tab "Enquiry" at the top.

*Please note that product enquiries are NOT considered as product confirmation. Therefore DandElion Street will not set aside the item for you till we receive your submission of order form.

There is strictly NO cancellation of orders after confirmation (when order form has been submitted).

All payments must be made within 24hours after receiving order invoice from DandElion Street.

*Items not paid within 24hours, will be put up for sale unless other agreement have been made between DandElion Street and customer.

If the status of the item is under "Pending", it means that we are waiting for payment from other buyers. You can still leave your confirmation and DandElion Street will contact you should the item be made available due to dead buyers.

Items will be sold based on first come first serve basis. Which means if you pay within 24 hours and before others have made payment, the item will go to the customer who has made payment FIRST.

Please DO NOT make any payment before receiving any invoice from DandElion Street.

Dead buyers will be blacklisted from our website for future purchasing purposes.
